The Renting Process

Register and Search
Tell us your requirements — budget, location, lifestyle. We search our portfolio and the wider market to find your perfect match.

Viewings
We arrange viewings at your convenience — in person or remotely. Our bilingual team explains every detail of the property and neighbourhood.

Make an Offer
Found the one? We help you put forward a competitive offer and negotiate the best terms with the owner.

Holding Deposit
Once your offer is accepted, you pay a holding deposit (one week's rent) to reserve the property while referencing is completed.

Referencing
Your application goes through identity verification, credit checks, employment references and previous landlord references.

Sign Tenancy Agreement
Once referencing is complete, we prepare the tenancy agreement and walk you through every clause before signing.

Pay Deposit and First Month
Your deposit (typically five weeks' rent) is protected by a government-approved tenancy deposit scheme. First month's rent is also due before move-in.

Check-in and Keys
On move-in day, we carry out a detailed inventory and check-in report, hand over the keys, and make sure you are settled.
