How to Make a Complaint

Please raise your complaint with us in the first instance. You can contact us by email at hello@japansla.com or by telephone on 020 8993 6100. Please provide as much detail as possible, including any relevant dates, property addresses and the names of any staff members involved.

Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receipt and confirm who will be handling it.

Resolution

We aim to resolve your complaint within 15 working days. If we need more time to investigate, we will let you know and keep you updated on our progress.

If you are not satisfied

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may refer the matter to the Property Redress Scheme, of which we are a member. You can contact them at www.theprs.co.uk.
