Off-market introductions, agent networks, direct vendor approaches — most stock that fits Japanese buyer profiles is not on the open portals.

Offer & Due Diligence

We coordinate with surveyors, solicitors and tax advisors to get from accepted offer to exchange with no surprises.

Completion & Hold

Where instructed, we continue as managing agent for ongoing tenant management, rent collection and reporting.

Fees

Commercial acquisition fees are agreed on a case-by-case basis and depend on lot size, complexity and the level of service required. We are happy to outline a transparent fee structure once we understand the brief.
